We ship using USPS mail for smaller orders and UPS or FedX for larger orders; you'll receive an e-mail with tracking # when your order ships. No PO Boxes please, must be to a deliverable address. Also, be sure to verify your address; we won't be responsible for wrong addresses entered by customers. If shipping is to an apartment or condo, be sure to include the unit number and apartment complex name. Thank you.
All orders are packaged very well to avoid any damage during transit; lots of filler: popcorn, bubble wrap and/or shredded paper. We don't want our customers to worry about any damage to their orders so, we take extra care and ship the way we would want our orders to be shipped. Shipping prices include packing material expense.
We ship to the continental US states primarily. Please make sure to verify your ship to address (don't forget unit #'s or apt. #'s), we won't be responsible for wrong addresses entered by customers..... For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands; please contact us before placing an order for shipping quote. The shipping calculations may not be accurate for your location if you place a large order (weight or quantity). For ALL other locations customers; we would appreciate your business but, please be aware that any taxes, fees, dues etc.. are your responsibility and are not figured in our prices. If your order is not delivered due to custom's loss or regulations, there will be no refunds given; returns will not be accepted. Please contact us by clicking on the contact seller link in any listing or e-mail us at: email@example.com prior to purchasing. International orders are shipped using USPS Priority or Express International Flat Rate Boxes and cost of packing material is added. Remember, protective packing material will take up room too. *We reserve the right to cancel any order if shipping calculation isn't accurate; we will refund any payment made. We accept ALL major credit cards as well as debit cards and e-checks; used throught Paypal Checkout Only. Paypal offers 24 hour fraud surveillance and protection. No record is kept of your payment information; ONLY PayPal sees this information, we only see the order you placed. Follow instructions during checkout; remember, you don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. Once payment clears our account your order will begin processing. Be sure to let us know anything special in the notes to merchant field during check out. International customers must use PayPal. For international customers, we will only ship to confirmed address/address on file with PayPal for credit card used. This is for your protection as well as ours.
Once payment has been received and clears, your order will begin processing. Processing can take 1-3 business days. We work very hard on filling all orders as quickly as possible. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail confirming order. For USPS shipping schedule AFTER processing time: delivery within 5-9 business days. For UPS Ground shipping schedule AFTER processing time: 5-9 business days depending on your location. NOTE: All delivery schedule estimates are dependent upon the carrier (we add a couple of days on to delivery time just in case of carrier delays; most orders are received within 5-7 business days). *Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be entered the following business day. If ordering multiple items, it's possible your order may ship in more than 1 box, no additional charge to you. Yes, depending on what is ordered. We want our customers to know how much we appreciate them shopping with us. We show this in the following ways; when you order multiple items/sets at one time you'll receive something extra with your order or a discount refunded back to the card you paid with. If you'd like to order multiple items and want to know what the discount would be, simply contact us through any listing or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of what you'd like and we'll give you a quote. We offer a very reasonable shipping charge on our site. The more you purchase the better shipping deal you'll receive. Be sure to take advantage and order more than one item. Shipping rates for continental US states: up to 1 lb-$7.95, up to 2 lbs-$9.95, then, just $1.00 for each additional lb. calculated in 2 lb. increments per Ecrater.
